Terms of Service

The online version

SOEHA Core Essential Online is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. You may use the demo without creating an account. You may create a free profile to save your progress. The online version is a software demonstration of the SOEHA system — it is not the final hardware product.

The $99 reservation

The Tiles Trio reservation is a pre-order for future physical hardware. By reserving, you are securing a priority position in the first production wave. Reservations are refundable within 30 days of payment. After 30 days, reservations are non-refundable but transferable.

The $99 is not a charge for the free online demo or for a software subscription. It is a reservation deposit toward the future physical product.

Hardware timeline

Physical hardware — Tiles and Base — is in development. We do not guarantee a specific ship date. Reservation holders will receive regular updates on production status. If the product is discontinued before shipping, all reservation holders will receive a full refund.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use SOEHA to store illegal content, attempt to reverse-engineer the system, or use automated tools to scrape or abuse the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Limitation of liability

SOEHA is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify reservation holders and registered profiles of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
